Larry and Kim Conner of Sparta are happy to announce the engagement of their son Scott, to Ms. Sandra Spence of Brooklyn NY. Scott is a 2010 Graduate of Sparta High and a 2014 Graduate of Monmouth University he is presently employed as a police officer with the Port Authority of NY/NJ. Sandra is a 2009 graduate of Telecommunication and Technology High School, Brooklyn NY and a 2014 Graduate of Montclair University, Sandra is a program administrator with ADIDD Community Health Care in Denville NJ. A fall 2020 wedding is planned.
