Area students named to dean's list at Syracuse

Syracuse, N.Y. — Sparta native Dana Weaver, a sophomore majoring in psychology, was named to the dean’s list at the College of Arts and Sciences at Syracuse University for the fall semester. To qualify for the Deans List, students must achieve at least a 3.4 grade point average during the semester. The College of Arts and Sciences is both the founding college and the largest college of Syracuse University. The college offers more than 40 majors from 22 academic departments in the traditional disciplines of the humanities, sciences and the social sciences.
