Dean's list announced at Lafayette College

Easton — Hannah Catherine Smock, of Stanhope, was among the 866 Lafayette College students who have been named to the 2006 fall semester Dean’s List, recently announced by Rose Marie Bukics, acting dean of studies. Each of the students has achieved at least a 3.45 semester grade point average out of a possible 4.0. Lafayette is one of only 65 colleges and universities in the nation classified as “most academically competitive” by Barron’s, publishers of Profiles of American Colleges and Guide to the Most Competitive Colleges. There are about 2,300 students and 188 full-time faculty, all of whom hold the doctorate or other terminal degree in their field.
