Fredon Turkey Trot

FREDON — The Fredon School held its annual Turkey Trot race on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Lodestar Park in Fredon. There was a girls' race for grades 4-6 and a boys' race for grades 4-6. Fifty-six girls and 58 boys participated in the 1-mile race, completing two laps around the fields at Lodestar Park. Turkey Trot winners for the girls' race were Mackenzie Utter for the second year in a row with a time of 6:16, Alyssa Nagy with a time of 6:30 and Samantha Russell with a time of 6:31. For the boys' race, Trevor Befumo came in first with a time of 5:58, Nile Mattar placed second at 5:59 and Paul Litterio came in third with a 6:05.
