Newman-Palsgrove Bill and Jill Palsgrove of Fredon recently announced the engagment of their daughter, Jessica Palsgrove, to Kevin Newman, son of Matthew and Maureen Newman of Hampton. The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Kittatinny Regional High School. In 2005 she received her bachelors of arts degree in elementary education and psychology from Western New England College. In 2010, she received her masters degree in special education from Centenary College. She is a special education teacher at the Stillwater Township School. The groom-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Kittatinny Regional High School. In 2004 he received his bachelor of science degree in physical education and health from Lock Haven University and is currently pursuing his masters degree in educational administration at the University of Scranton. He is a physical education and health teacher at Frelinghuysen Elementary School. The couple will marry Aug. 24 at the lodge at Mountain Springs Lake in Reeders, Pennsylvania.
