Newton Hospital adds new blood test site

Newton - Newton Memorial Hospital recently opened its seventh “Lab Connection” for blood testing. The new location is at 222 High St. in Newton and is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. This brings to five the number of locations exclusively devoted to blood draws for testing. Radiology and EKG tests, as well as blood draws, are available at Sparta Health and Wellness in Sparta and Milford Health and Wellness Center in Milford, Pa. “Newton Memorial’s objective is to make blood draws for testing as convenient as possible,” said a spokesperson. “We understand the importance of having a site close to home.
