Shirley Zdyrski (nee Zipco) of Wantage Township, N.J., passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, April 15, 2021. She was 82.
Shirley was born to the late John S. and Ellen Zipco on May 15, 1938. She married the late Ted Zdyrski in 1974.
Shirley lived most of her life in Franklin, N.J., and Wantage. She lived an active, faithful life helping children, volunteering at the Sacred Heart Center and was an active parishioner of St. Francis deSales Roman Catholic Church. She was a hard worker all of her life, holding many jobs over the years.
Shirley is predeceased by her parents and her husband, Ted Zdyrski. She is the dear sister of John S. Zipco Jr. and his wife, Janice, of North Carolina.
Visitation was held at Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, Vernon, N.J., on April 21. A Mass of Christian Burial followed at St. Francis deSales Roman Catholic Church, Vernon. Interment was in North Hardyston Cemetery, Hardyston Township, NJ.
