Sparta student named to dean's list

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. — Megan Leigh Smith, the daughter of Mark and Nancy Smith of Sparta; has been named to the dean’s list at Slippery Rock University for the 2006 fall Semester. To qualify for the SRU dean’s list, a student must earn a 3.5 grade-point average or higher on a 4-point scale while taking 12 or more graded hours of course credit.
