Winstead 50th wedding anniversary

Sparta — Phyllis and Henry Winstead, formerly of Denville, celebrated their 50th anniversary on Sept. 22. Phyllis Heckmann and Henry Winstead were united in marriage on Sept.22, 1956 at the First Presbyterian Church in Springfield. Henry is semi-retired from the company he co-founded, HandW Tool in Dover. Phyllis, a homemaker and active volunteer in her community raised four children: Kim Palmer (Denville), Mary Beth Patterson (Long Island, N.Y.), Rick Winstead (Rockaway) and Tricia Winstead (Rockaway). The Winsteads are also proud to be grandparents of eight and great grandparents of one. Henry and Phyllis now reside in Sparta and celebrated this Golden Anniversary with family and friends at the home of their daughter Kim.
