An All-American Day

The Sussex Skyhawks grabbed a 6-1 win against the Worcester Tornadoes, Friday, July 21, during an all-American night at the ballpark. As part of the celebration, Father Albert Nix of Blessed Kateri Chirch in Sparta sang the National Anthem for the first time as a US citizen. The game, which attracted a record crowd of 4,508 at Skyland Park in Augusta, was capped with a grand fireworks display. (Photos by Stacey Mason)
