    Sept. 14 At 7:28 p.m. police responded to a call for a male passed out in a vehicle on West Sunset Blvd. Upon arrival, the male eventually gained consciousness. He was Christopher R. Bamber, 32, of Andover Twp. The Lakeland Squad transported Bamber to Newton Memorial Hospital where he was treated for a drug overdose. Bamber was charged with D.W.I., failure to change his address, being under the influence and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He was released pending a court appearance. Sept. 15 At 10:18 p.m. police responded to a report of a car stuck in the mud off Perona Road near the Perona Farms Restaurant. Upon arrival, police found Matthew J. Salitsky, 31, of Sparta attempting to drive his vehicle out of the mud. There was no damage to his vehicle but he left ruts in the lawn of Perona Farms. Further investigation led to Salitsky’s arrest. He was charged with D.W.I., and failure to maintain his lane. Salitsky was released pending a September court appearance. Sept. 24 At 8:22 p.m. police responded to a report of a two car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 206 and Route 618. Upon arrival, police found a red 1993 Ford station wagon sideways in the southbound lane of Route 206. Also in the southbound lane was a silver 2003 Honda Civic. Both vehicles were heavily damaged from a head on collision. The driver of the red Ford, Timothy V. McNamara, 49, of Branchville, had made a left turn to go onto Route 618. However, the silver Civic, operated by Anthony Ianneillo, 21, of Wantage, was traveling on Route 206 at the same time. McNamara was flown by North Star Medivac to Morristown Memorial Hospital with internal injuries. Ianneillo and his passenger, Lauren D’Amico, 20, of Green Township, were both taken to Newton Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. McNamara was charged with D.W.I., failure to yield at an intersection. The Andover Township Fire Department, Lakeland Emergency Squad and Paramedics also responded.
