Jason Mills and State Trooper Mills. McCarns was released to a friend pending an April municipal court appearance. April 10 Andover police are investigating a one-car accident that occurred at 7:22 a.m. on Limecrest Road, near the state park. The operator, Dustin Mumbaurer, 29, of Saylorsburg, Pa., was traveling north when he ran off the shoulder and struck a tree, causing his Chevy pick-up to roll on its side. Mumbrauer was able to get out of the truck with assistance from a passing motorist. He had no visible injuries and apparently fell asleep, but was flown to Morristown Hospital by Northstar. He was released several hours later. Members of the Andover Fire Dept., the Lakeland squad and Saint Claire’s medics assisted at the scene.
