    The township police department is continuing to investigate an early morning crash of a tractor-trailer on Newton-Sparta Road. The truck overturned at 4:01 a.m. on Feb. 12 in the area of Stickles Pond Road. The road was closed for 12 hours. Alex Osorio, 37, of Binghamton, N.Y., was ejected fromt he cab of the truck and was found under the box trailer. He was rescued by the Andover Township Fire Department and flown by state police helicopter to Morristown Memorial Hospital with severe lacerations. His brother, Rafael Osorio, 36, of Vestal, N.Y., was taken by Lakeland EMS to Newton Memorial Hospital and later was flown to Morristown Memorial Hospital because of head trauma. Both were listed in stable condition by 3 p.m. that day. Investigating are Officer Steve Murrell, Chief Phillip Coleman, Officer Richard Then and the Sussex County crash team, assisted by the Andover Borough Fire Department and the Newton Police.
