    March 16 Two 14-year-old boys were arrested at 3:44 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop. Andover Township Police Patrolman Richard Then was assisting Patrolman Monaco of Newton Police with locating a wanted juvenile possibly staying at a residence on Stickles Pond Road in Andover Township. While in the area, the officers observed a vehicle with two male subjects inside leaving the residence in question. The vehicle attempted to get away from the officers by turning down a side street off Route 206 without signaling, nearly causing an accident. The vehicle then traveled at a high rate of speed (65 mph ) through a residential area. After the was vehicle stopped on Route 618, the officers found the 14-year-old driver and the wanted juvenile as the passenger. They also located an open container of alcohol. The investigating determined that the vehicle was taken without the owner's consent. The driver was charged with driving without a license, failing to signal, speeding, reckless driving, careless driving, disregard of marked lanes, driving with a view obstruction, not wearing a seatbelt, failing to exhibit insurance and registration documents, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, taking a vehicle without the owner's conse
