March 18 At 12:25 a.m., the Andover Township Police arrested Jason P. Koepke, 31, of Andover Township for D.W.I. following a motor vehicle stop. Ptl. Steve Murrell observed a Jeep being operated erratically on Stickles-Pond Road. The vehicle was stopped and further investigation led to Koepke’s arrest. He was charged with D.W.I., failure to maintain lane, and having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle. He was released pending a March court appearance. The jeep was impounded for the mandatory twelve hours. Ptl. Eric Danielson assisted Ptl. Murrell.
