    September 23 At 12:13 a.m., the Andover Township Police Department arrested Dustin J.Storm, 31, of Branchville. Police were dispatched to Ray’s Inn for a subject out-of-control and throwing chairs. Upon arrival police from Andover, Byram, and Newton located Storm and brought him outside to discuss his actions. While in the parking lot, Storm became confrontational with police, threatening to fight four police officers. He was then pepper sprayed and after a brief struggle was taken into custody. Hewas charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest. and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. September 28 The Andover Township Police Department would like to remind residents, especially the elderly, not to disclose any of their information to unknown subjects that contact them. A township resident reported that she received a call from a male with a heavy accent who stated that he represented her bank. He requested the victim’s bank account numbers and social security numbers, which she provided.
