Andover Police

August 26 At 11:51 p.m., the Andover Township Police Department received information that a green GMC pickup truck was about to leave Rays Inn on Route 206 and the operator was intoxicated. Patrolman Bob Youngs observed the vehicle cross over the double yellow line as it left the lot northbound. While following the vehicle it was observed several times to cross both the center line and fog line. The vehicle was stopped and the driver identified as Dennis E. Pryslak, 39, of Great Meadows was arrested for DWI. He was additionally charged with refusal, open container in a motor vehicle, and failure to maintain lanes. He is scheduled to appear Sept. 14 in municipal court. His vehicle was impounded. Patrolmen David Szatkiewicz and Rich then assisted with the arrest.
