The Andover Township Police department arrested Marcos Zipitria, 30, of Sussex, for DWI. Zipitria was observed by Ptl. Danielson operating a 2004 Chevy Silverado carelessly along Rt. 206. Zipitria had been facing east in the northbound lane of travel with no headlights on while impeding the flow of traffic on Rt. 206 just south of Simon Peter Sport Shop. Zipitria was given field sobriety tests, which he failed, and was taken into custody for DWI. He was transported back to the station for further testing. Zipitria was issued summonses for DWI, operating a vehicle without headlights, and careless driving. Sgt. Kinney assisted at the scene.
