    December 8 At 1 a.m. the Andover Township Police arrested Amanda J. Steiner, 23, of Wantage for driving while intoxicated, following a motor vehicle stop. Patrolman Steve Murrell observed a vehicle traveling on Route 206 at a high rate of speed and crossing over the double yellow line. The vehicle was stopped on Woodside Avenue in Newton, and further investigation led to Seiner’s arrest. Seiner was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to breath testing, failure to maintain lane of travel, failure to exhibit her driver’s license, and speeding 62 m.p.h. in a 45 m.p.h. zone. She was released to a friend pending a December municipal court appearance. The vehicle was impounded for the mandatory 12 hours. Ptl. Jason mills assisted Ptl. Murrell.
