    May 17 Corey J. Parker 22, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., was arrested by Andover police officers following a motor vehicle stop at 9:14 p.m. Police had received a report of a male sitting naked in a maroon Dodge with Pennsylvania plates, possibly smoking marijuana, in the area near the dumpsters behind the junction on Route 206 in Andover. Ptl. Steve Murrell arrived as a vehicle matching that description was about to leave the parking lot. The vehicle was stopped and further investigation led to Parker’s arrest. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia for having four glassine bags containing heroin residue, and a metal pipe containing cocaine residue. Ptl. Eric Danielson, and Sgt. Harry Kinney assisted in the arrest. Parker was released to a friend pending a May court appearance.
