Andover police arrest shoplifters

Andover —The Andover Township Police Department arrested Nancy I. Smith, Age 49, of Stillwater and Skip E. Norman, age 40, also of Stillwater, for shoplifting. At approximately 3:46 p.m. on Aug. 14, the two subjects entered the Krauszer’s Food Store and concealed various items including cigarettes and baked goods. Both subjects were observed on video surveillance cameras from inside the store. Smith later returned to the scene and was taken into custody by Patrolman Youngs. Norman was located at his place of employment in Fredon and was taken into custody by Patrolman Danielson. Both subjects were charged with shoplifting and have a scheduled court appearance on Sept. 14 in Andover Township. Patrolman Mosner investigated the initial complaint.
