Another president's award for dealership

SUSSEX— Magarino Ford Mercury, once again been honored with the prestigious 2004 President's Award, has only been in business five and a half years; yet, they have won four out of the past five years. The award was created by Ford Motor Company and acknowledges distinguished Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealerships that lead the nation in exceptional service and vehicle ownership experiences for their customers. Presented annually, it is bestowed upon just 320 out of 5000 U.S. dealerships. Although based on many factors, dealers are judged most heavily on total customer satisfaction. Every dealer who reaches this rarefied level of recognition must have the leadership to consistently maintain outstanding customer satisfaction, strong sales, and a robust market share. The elite dealers must demonstrate an even higher level of leadership, constantly challenging themselves to exceed their own exceptionally high standards.
