Appreciation Days to help fund 2006 summer reading programs statewide

    Sussex County — The New Jersey State Library and the New Jersey Library Association are partnering with Barnes and Noble bookstores to present "Library Appreciation Days," a new program designed to help fund next year's summer reading programs in New Jersey libraries, including the Sussex County Library. Barnes and Noble will donate a percentage of every sale from every customer who presents a book fair voucher at every Barnes and Noble store in New Jersey for two days: Friday, Sept. 9 and Saturday, Sept. 10. Book fair vouchers for "Library Appreciation Days" are available at the Sussex County Main Library in Newton at 973-948-3660, the Louise Childs Branch Library in Stanhope at 973-770-1000, the Dorothy Henry Branch Library in Vernon 973-827-8095, the Dennis Branch Library in Newton 973-948-3660, the Franklin Branch Library 973-827-6555, and the Sussex-Wantage Branch Library at 973-875-3940.
