Beardmore named Gross & Jansen top producer

Sussex County - Maria Beardmore has been named Century 21 Gross & Jansen Realtors’ top producer for 2005. The company has offices in Sparta, Vernon, Branchville and Andover. Beardmore earned the top producer designation for the number of properties she listed and sold during the 2005 calendar year. “Maria works diligently for our clients and displays her professionalism by paying close attention to details and to the needs of the client”, says owner Hans Gross. Beardmore has been selling real estate in Sussex County for 28 years. She is a panel member and past chairman of the professional standards regulatory board of the Sussex County Association of Realtors. In addition, she is a recipient of the association’s excellence silver award for 2005. She has also been named a centurion producer by the Century 21 Corporation, placing her in the top three percent of all Century 21 agents worldwide.
