Bigos is new chief nursing officer at Newton Memorial Hospital

Ardelle C. Bigos has been named chief nursing officer of Newton Memorial Hospital. She has been serving in an interim capacity for the past several months. Following graduation from Trenton State College in 1983 with a nursing degree, she earned her master’s degree in nursing as well as her medical-surgical certification (CMSRN). Bigos most recently served as director of acute care operations at Newton. In her new role, Bigos will be accountable for providing senior management leadership and direction for the Division of Patient Care Services while ensuring patient safety and quality.
