Frances Storms celebrates her 100th Birthday at Valley View Care Center in Newton on Wednesday of last week. Having lived in Sussex County for over 90 years, Storms was treated to a party that included a visit from Newton Mayor Ray Storm, the Franklin Historical Society, and a congratulatory letter from President George W. Bush. Storms spent 43 years working at the Franklin Hospital. She attributes her longevity to being patient
