Blood drives at Shoprite

The ShopRite of Newton and New Jersey Blood Services conducted a winter blood drive at the store recently. Here, Cherie Hudson (left) registers donors. The blood drives, held semi-annually, have been an established community program for RoNetco Supermarkets for many years. Associates and shoppers contribute to save lives during the winter and summer when the need for blood is most critical. The next blood drive will be held at the ShopRite of Succasunna (281-031 Route 10) on Thursday, Feb. 19, from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
