Le Bistro III opens in Newton Newton - Authentic Italian dining has come to Newton with the opening of Le Bistro II by Laveerim “Lav” Sabani and Liman Hida. The pair offer an extensive menu of dishes inspired by the past as well as innovative new dishes of their own creation. Cooking comes naturally to them, both having gown up around fine cuisine: “Lav” worked in the family restaurant and Hida learned Italian specialties from his brother-in-law. Their dream was a long time coming into fruition, but they have clothed it with the atmosphere of a fine restaurant- a beautiful dining room with tables spaced well apart for comfort and privacy. Service is professional and friendly. Prices are affordable. Guests may bring their own wine. The menu includes all the traditional dishes from Scampi a la Bistro, Veal Scallopine Marsala, Saltimbocca and many chicken and seafood choices. On the other side of the dining room, is Le Bistro’s party room which can accommodate up to 90 guests.
