Byram brush cleanup day Nov. 28

Byram — In light of the 2011 Halloween snow storm Byram is planning a one-time storm-related brush, branch and tree limb curbside pickup day on Nov. 28. Byram residents are also encouraged to bring brush, branches, and tree limbs (no more than 4" diameter) to the township recycling center through Dec. 10. The diameter of the brush, branches and tree limbs cannot exceed four inches. Also, the township requests that the piles be organized in manageable sizes, preferably six feet in length by four feet high, and are reachable from the road. The township will not enter private property to retrieve fallen brush, branches and tree limbs and will sweep all areas of the town once. The township may need to change the pickup day if weather conditions prevent access to the branch piles. For updates visit www.byramtwp.org.
