Byram council candidates forum on Oct. 24

BYRAM — The Byram Township Volunteer Fire Department will host a council candidates forum at their fire house on Rt. 206 South (Cranberry Lake) on Monday, Oct. 24, from 7:30-9 p.m. The event will be moderated by the League of Women Voters of New Jersey. Five candidates are running for election this Nov. 8 for three, 4-year terms on the Byram Township Council. Each candidate will have an opportunity to share their positions on issues facing the township and answer questions submitted by the public. The candidates include Eskil “Skip” Danielson, Nisha Kash, Carlos Luaces, incumbent Scott Olson, and Harvey Roseff. The public is encouraged to bring questions and meet the candidates.
