On Thursday, March 22, a Byram Township Police Officer observed a Toyota speeding on Route 80 West. While speaking to the passenger of the vehicle, the officer noticed marijuana in. Neither driver nor passenger admitted that the marijuana was theirs. Both suspects were arrested and transported to the station for processing. At the station, the driver, Olivia Marie Cipollo of East Stroudsburg, Pa,. was charged with the following and released pending a court date: possession of les than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a CDS, driving while intoxicated, speeding and being an unlicensed driver. The passenger, Michael Orlando Lee of Mt. Pocono, Pa. was charged with the following and lodged in the county jail: possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, providing false information.
