    September 2 At 11 p.m., police observed a vehicle driving 15 mph under the speed limit on Route 206. The vehicle also had a partially burned out taillight and a computer check revealed the registration to be suspended. The vehicle was stopped and further investigation revealed the driver, William Persing, 25, of Bushkill, Penn., was in possession of marijuana. Persing was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters where he was processed and charged with failing to maintenance lamps, impeding the flow of traffic, driving with a suspended registration, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled and drug paraphernalia. Persing was released pending a municipal court hearing.
