    July 22 At 5:45 p.m. William Bailey, 24, of Digmans Ferry, Penn., became involved in an argument with a 24-year-old male subject after both pulled over to the side of the road. While attempting to argue with the victim Bailey grabbed a hold of the car window as the victim was trying to put it up and ended up breaking the power window mechanism. Bailey also broke the victim's cell phone as the victim attempted to call police and knocked the victim's glasses off. Bailey was located and questioned about the incident on July 26. He was placed under arrest and processed at the Byram Police headquarters where he was charged with harassment and criminal mischief. He was released pending an August Byram Municipal Court appearance. July 27 During a motor vehicle stop at 11:26, Officers Marin and DeWald observed a strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle and the front-seat passenger, David Bravo, 18, of Ledgewood, revealed marijuana and drug paraphernalia which Bravo stated belonged to him. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Byram Police headquarters where he was processed and released pending an August Byram Township Municipal Court date. Bravo was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. July 28 At 9:30 p.m., Officer Marin stopped a vehicle driven by Brian McFadden, 35, of Digmans Ferry, Penn., for having a loud exhaust. During the stop, a traffic warrant from Sparta Municipal Court and one from Parsippany Municipal Court were located for McFadden. He was placed under arrest and turned over to the Sparta Police Department after being issued a motor vehicle summons for having a loud exhaust. The front-seat passenger, Sabrina Vivino, 26, of Franklin, was placed under arrest after a hypodermic syringe was observed sticking partially out of her pants pocket. A search revealed additional drug paraphernalia and a small quantity of heroin. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Byram Police station where she was processed and released pending an August Municipal Court date. Vivino was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic syringe and failing to wear a seatbelt. July 29 At 3:25 p.m. Amber Davis, 23, of Bangor, Penn., was stopped for falling to maintain a lane of travel while traveling on Route 206. While speaking with her, the officer detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage. Davis was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed, She was placed under arrest and transported to the Byram Police headquarters where she refused to take breath tests. Davis was charged with falling to maintain her lane of travel, refusing to provide breath samples and driving while intoxicated. She was released to the custody of a relative and the vehicle she was operating was turned over to its owner. July 31 At 12 a.m. Officer Matarazzo stopped a vehicle driven by Christopher Hanna, 20, of Andover, for failing to dim its high beam headlights. While speaking with the driver, Officer Matarazzo detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the driver who was under 21 years of age. The driver was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Byram Police headquarters where he was given two breath tests which showed alcohol in his system. He was issued motor vehicle summonses for failing to dim headlights and underage driving while intoxicated and released to a family member pending an August Byram Township Municipal Court appearance. His vehicle was impounded as required by state law.
