Byram Transmissions gearing up for another 20 years

Byram — Byram Transmissions is currently celebrating their 20th year in business. Transmission repair has been somewhat of a lifelong avocation of Bob Larusso, who started working on them at the tender age of fifteen. By the time he was thirty, it was time to open his own shop on Rt. 206, which has since become the major transmission repair shop on the area. While expert transmission service has been the shop’s mainstay, Bob recently decided to expand into all phases of automotive repair, and with the added expertise of an ASE certified mechanic, is now able to maintain and repair everything on a car from replacing a light bulb to a complete engine. Byram Transmissions offers services such as free local towing, free diagnostic transmission checks, free estimates and 24-hour available phone service.
