Chamber visits Augie's Brooklyn Bagels and Deli

SPARTA — Members of the Sparta Chamber Council, an affiliate of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, visited Augie’s Brooklyn Bagels and Deli, located at 53 Sparta Avenue in Sparta. Owner Phyliss Hoffman has just opened the deli, which specializes in bagels, delicatessen specialties and light baking. Its bagels are done New York-Brooklyn style, and they feature Bittles (bite-sized bagels) and Flagels (flattened bagels). Augie’s Brooklyn Bagels and Deli is proud to sponsor and support community organizations.
