Commercial litigator joins hospital's board

NEWTON — Glenn A. Clark, a commercial litigator, has joined the Board of Trustees at Newton Memorial Hospital. Clark is the managing partner of Morristown-based Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland and Perretti. He has 27 years of experience in hospital-related law, giving him a wealth of knowledge on the inner workings of hospitals. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and graduated from Notre Dame Law School. Clark has also been a member of Newton Memorial Hospital’s Foundation Board. A resident of Sparta’s Lake Mohawk community, Clark also owns a home in South Bend, Indiana, near his alma mater. “It’s a privilege and an honor to serve,” Clark said. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to give something back to the community.”
