Condit's on target for 10th straight award

Hampton Township — According to Tom Klose, Sales Manager, Condit’s Toyota World of Newton is “on track” to win Toyota Motor Sales’ President’s Award for the 10th consecutive year. Both Klose and Ned Dolan, who is also a Sales Manager, have recently been awarded Toyota’s “Master Sales Manager” designation. The “Master” level is Toyota’s highest award for sales managers. After qualifying for their previous designation as “Expert Sales Managers,” they have successfully completed two more training courses and attended all new product launches during the calendar year. In addition, the dealership has just completed their annual recertification process to qualify as a “Signature Dealer,” a designation that Condit’s has earned every year since the inception of the program. A dealer-driven initiative, the signature program ensures that the dealership is operated with the very best practices in all areas of business directly or indirectly affecting both customers and employees. Training, associate certification and high levels of customer satisfaction, in addition to meeting set sales goals, are some of the major criteria for earning Toyota’s President’s Award. “It would be quite an accomplishment for the dealership to be recognized by Toyota with this award for 10 consecutive years,” adds Klose.
