    July 20 Henry R. Fedder, age 20, of Franklin, was sentenced to two years probation. He must pay restitution to the victim, pay total fines and penalties of $155.00 and submit a DNA sample at his expense. He pled guilty on June 12, to burglary and theft, both 3rd degree crimes. He admitted to entering his mother’s home without her consent or knowledge, taking a safe from the home, taking the money stored in the safe and spending it on marijuana, cigarettes and miscellaneous food items. This occurred in Franklin on June 16. Brianne H. Lutz, age 23, of Tranquility, was sentenced to two years probation. She must serve thirty days in the Koegh-Dwyer Correctional Facility and was given credit for one day served. She must submit to a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, pay total fines and penalties of $155.00 and submit a DNA sample at her expense. She pled guilty on May 8,to burglary, a 3rd degree crime. On August 28, 2005, she entered a doctor’s office and took a bag containing several items of baby necessities. She indicated to police that she did not enter the building and take the bag, it was a male friend of hers. Tymon Hoppe, age 20 of Newton, was sentenced to continue probation conditioned on defendant serving 90 days in the county jail and obtaining a substance abuse evaluation and to follow all recommendations. He pled guilty on June 26, to violation of probation. A juvenile, 15, pled guilty on July 20, to third degree aggravated assault and was adjudicated a juvenile delinquent by the court. The juvenile of Sussex, was sentenced to 12 months probation with 30 days in detention, suspended. As conditions of probation he must perform 50 hours of community service, have no contact with the victim or the victim’s family, pay restitution of $292.99 to the victim, write a letter of apology to the victim and follow all home and school rules. While on the school bus, the juvenile verbally threatened the victim and then punched the victim in the face breaking the victim’s nose and causing the victim to need stitches. July 21 Jarard L, Lee, age 30 of Newton, was sentenced to three years state prison, fines and costs in the amount of $1,205,00, six month loss of driver’s license and submit DNA sample. He pled guilty on June 12, to possession of CDS with id cut to distribute a third degree crime. He admitted to possessing 10-12 half grain bags of cocaine with the intent to sell them. Thomas E. Clark, age 39, of Newton, New Jersey, was sentenced to three years probation and must serve thirty days in the Sheriffs Labor Assistance Program. He must submit to a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations made and must also complete an anger management program. He must pay restitution in the amount of $2,016 00, pay total fines and penalties of $155.00 and submit a DNA sample at his expense. He pled guilty on June 12, to unlawful possession of a weapon.
