    June 16 Anthony Versace, 19, of Budd Lake, was sentenced to seven years in N.J. State Prison with three years of parole ineligibility, six month loss of driver’s license and $3,305 in fines. Versace pleaded guilty on April 3 to the first-degree crime of distribution of more than 100 milligrams of LSD. He admitted to distributing 30 doses of paper impregnated with LSD to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Narcotics Task Force on Oct. 20, 2005. Catherine McAllister, 20, of Matamoras, Pa., was sentenced to three years probation, 55 days credit for rime served in jail, a substance abuse evaluation and treatment, $1,330 in fines and a six month loss of driver’s license. McAllister pleaded guilty on June 5 to third-degree possession of heroin and to third-degree unlawful possession of a handgun. She admitted that she possessed several bags of heroin and a handgun, which were discovered on April 21 in Sparta following a brief investigation by Sparta Police Officer Mark Mastandrea. Michael Kaprosch, 43, of Lord’s Valley, Pa., was sentenced to three years probation, 150 days in the county jail, seven month loss of driver’s license and $1,869 in fines. Kaprosch pleaded guilty on April 3 to third-degree possession of heroin and driving while intoxicated. He admitted to possessing eight bags of heroin following a motor vehicle stop on Nov. 5, 2004, in Sparta, by Sparta Police Officer Marc Rubino. He also admitted consuming heroin while driving. June 19 Jon Ladja, 20, of Manalapan, pleaded guilty to third-degree possession of cocaine. He admitted to possessing a small amount of cocaine while an inpatient at Sunrise House in Lafayette. The matter was investigated by trooper J. Kazan of the N.J. State Police. Ladja is scheduled to be sentenced on July 31. June 20 D.L., 16, of Hopatcong, pleaded guilty on June 16 to third-degree burglary and fourth-degree theft. D.L. was adjudicated a juvenile delinquent by the court and sentenced to two years probation on condition that he serve 31 days in detention, with credit for time served. He must also complete 74 hours of community service, have no contact with the victims, follow home and school rules, pay restitution of $829.92, loss of license for six months, follow drug and alcohol rules, and tour the Passaic County Jail. D.L., and another juvenile, entered a residence in Byram on April 25 and stole electronics equipment and rare coins. June 23 Norman S. Killingback, 23, of Hamburg, pleaded guilty to throwing bodily fluids at a police officer, a fourth-degree crime, and a motor vehicle charge of driving while intoxicated. On May 15, in Sparta, after being stopped for speeding, the defendant became hostile, refused to exit his vehicle after being told to do so by officers, threatened to harm the officers and their families, and spat on one of the officers. Sentencing is presently anticipated for Sept. 1. Tyrone Ellison, 19, of Newton, was sentenced to seven years in state prison with two years without parole, $2,380 in fines and a six month loss of driver’s license. Ellison pleaded guilty on May 8 to third-degree possession with the intent to distribute cocaine while on school property, and to third-degree possession with the intent to distribute cocaine. He admitted that on April 15, 2005, he constructively possessed 10 vials of cocaine that were in his car parked at Kittatinny Regional High School, where he was a student, and that he intended to share that cocaine with other individuals. He also admitted that on July 14, 2005, following a motor vehicle stop by Stanhope Police Officer Joseph Indano, he possessed 29 vials of cocaine, which he intended to share with others.
