A motor vehicle operated by Gregory T. Gorab, age 59, of Mattison Reservoir Road, Frankford, was stopped at 1:58 a.m. on Dec. 16 on Upper North Shore Road in the Culver’s Lake section of Frankford Township. Subsequent investigation led to Gorab being arrested and charged with driving while being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In addition to DWI, Gorab was issued motor vehicle summonses for Failure to Keep Right, Reckless Driving, and Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test. He was released pending a future court date in the Frankford Township Municipal Court. The arresting officer was Sergeant John Gray, assisted by Sheriff’s Officer Kieran McMorrow.
