NEWTON - Exit Towne & Country Realty has joined a new program from the Sussex County Chapter of the American Red Cross. The Red Cross is introducing health and safety products and services to home buyers by real estate consultants. The Sussex County Red Cross presented its new program to our sales force at a recent meeting, and many of our consultants are eager to participate because it is unique and gives them an attractive new option in working with our clients,” comments Jeff Lobb, Exit’s owner. “It’s an ideal program because everyone participating wins, especially the new homeowner. If it’s good for our clients, it’s good for us, and everyone gets the satisfaction which comes from helping an organization like the Red Cross in Sussex County, our leading humanitarian organization. We are encouraging our consultants to work with the Red Cross,” said Lobb. Under the program, home buyers receive products and services that will protect them and their families, the Red Cross benefits from the early relationships gained with families who are buying homes in Sussex County, and realtors such as Exit Town & Country add value to their client relationships and help the Sussex County Chapter of the American Red Cross while providing themselves with a program they can promote to their target market, prospective buyers and sellers of homes.
