Farewell torte

Thera Runnalls of Vernon, a sophomore culinary arts student at Sussex County Technical School, says goodbye to summer with a fresh fruit summer torte, which she prepared in the Bake Shop at Sussex Tech under the direction of her instructor, chef Lynn Drosos. The torte has a Bavarian cream filling and is garnished with fresh strawberries, kiwi, raspberries and star fruit.
