Fatzynytz opens insurance agency
Sparta Agent Tom Fatzynytz recently opened a State Farm Insurance office, at 156 Woodport Road, Sparta. He employs four team members: Carolyn Liming, Kathy Senor, Alisa Soules, and Jana Mercado. Fatzynytz graduated from Glassboro State College with a degree in marketing before joining State Farm as an Auto Claim Representative in 1987. He has worked in many capacities in State Farm, including management in Auto Claims Central and Special Investigative Unit. During his tenure, he has earned his Certificate of General Insurance (INS), Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, and Fraud Claim Loss Specialist (FCLS) certification. He is currently working toward his Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC) designation with an anticipated completion in 2008. He has served as a board member on the New York Alliance Against Auto Insurance Fraud, a task force member for the National Insurance Crime Bureau, and is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement. He and his wife Debbie currently live in Jefferson with their two children, Devyn Rose and Dylan Thomas. Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. 7 p.m., and Saturday hours 9 a.m. 1 p.m. The agency can be reached at 973-729-5661.
