First Hope Bank to hold fall festivals
Hope First Hope Bank has a new looknew corporate colors and a new mottoand will celebrate with fall festivals at its six offices in October. Fall festivals will take place on Saturday, Oct. 21 at the Andover and Sparta offices, and on Saturday, Oct. 28 at the Hope, Blairstown, Great Meadows and Hackettstown offices. All events will take place between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and will be free of charge. “It’s our way of reaffirming that although our look has changed, our commitment to the community has not,” said Donald D. Somma, senior vice president for retail banking. There will be free pumpkins, complimentary food and beverages, activities for children, specials on fixed rate home equity loans, and live radio remote broadcasts at the Sparta and Hackettstown offices. Local law enforcement officers will also fingerprint children and the bank will offer free KidCare ID Kits. “A local police officer will be at each fall festival to fingerprint children,” said Somma. “A First Hope associate will take a Polaroid photograph for the KidCare ID Kit, which is then given to the parent or guardian. KidCare is a joint effort between the Polaroid Corporation and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.” There will be a WSUS live radio remote at the Sparta office on Oct. 21st and WRNJ will broadcast live from the Hackettstown office on Oct. 28.
