Free cardio class will introduce new method

SPARTA — On Sunday,Oct. 30, a complimentary Cardio Vusion class sponsored by the v.method and benefiting Sussex County Women’s Forum will be held at Perfect Pointe Performing Arts Studio in Sparta at 9:30 a.m. The v.method is teaming up with the Sussex County Women’s Forum Friend 2 Friend organization to premiere the first Cardio Vusion DVD. To launch this exciting event, v.method owner, Vicki Vara, will be teaching this body changing class, and Cardio Vusion. DVD’s will be available for purchase. For every DVD sold, the v.method will donate $2 to Friend 2 Friend. Cardio Vusion is the pioneer program of the v.method fitness series designed to provide the most efficient workout in the shortest amount of time. It also incorporates cardiovascular training exercises with classical Pilates, ballet, and yoga achieving strength, balance, coordination, and grace.
