Green Hills students excel in reading
Green Sixty Green Hills School students received the Enthusiastic Reader Award on March 29. The students were honored at a board of education meeting where they received their certificates, handshakes and sometimes hugs. Students were selected during Love of Reading Week in February. Students had to meet requirements set by the Northwest Jersey Reading Council and the Sussex County Library Media Association. Students had to exhibit an enthusiasm for reading and sharing books, read for a variety of purposes, utilize school and public libraries, be independent readers, and select books at an appropriate interest level.
