    July 7 At 9:29 p.m., Hamburg police were dispatched to a report of a dispute in an apartment in the Falcon Ridge condominiums. Investigation led to the arrest of Patrick M. Fettes, 29, of Hamburg for contempt of court, as he was in violation of a "no contact order." He was transported to the Hamburg police station, where he was charged with contempt of court, a fourth-degree crime. He was released after posting bail, and is scheduled to appear in the Hamburg municipal court on July 20 at 6 p.m. Patrolman Erik Aronson, assisted by patrolman John Barrett, investigated the incident. July 18 On Monday, July 18, at 9:20 p.m., Hamburg police were dispatched to a residence on King Cole Road for a family dispute. John M. Petsu, 25, of Hamburg, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after a glass pipe commonly used to smoke controlled dangerous substances was observed in plain view in his bedroom. He was transported to the Hamburg police station, where he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending an appearance in the Hamburg municipal court on Aug. 17 at 6 p.m. Patrolman Erik Aronson investigated the incident. July 24 At 5:45 a.m., Hamburg Patrolman D. McNulty conducted a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Vernon and Wallkill avenues. The investigation revealed that the operator of the vehicle, Alicia Freeman, 20, of Sparta, was driving while suspended and had an outstanding warrant for her arrest from the Dover Municipal Court. In addition it was also found that the passenger, Korey Ball, 20, of Flanders, was in the possession of Xanax, a prescription medication, and several knives. Both Freeman and Ball were arrested and transported to police headquarters where Freeman was issued a summons for driving while suspended and turned over to Dover Police officers. Ball was charged with possessing a prescription drug without a prescription and possession of a weapon. Ball was released pending an appearance in the Hamburg Municipal Court.
