    July 18 At 9:20 p.m., Hamburg Police were dispatched to a residence on King Cole Road for a family dispute. John M. Petsu, 25, of Hamburg, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after a glass pipe was observed in plain view in his bedroom. Petsu was transported to the Hamburg Police Station where he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending an appearance in the Hamburg Municipal Court next month. Patrolman Erik Aronson investigated the incident. July 23 At 12:52 p.m., Hamburg Police were dispatched to a report of an erratic driver traveling south on Route 23. The vehicle, a 2000 Ford Focus, was stopped by Patrolman Erik Aronson on Route 23 by Gingerbread Castle Road. The driver, Clinton R. Roselli, 22, of Pine Bush, N.Y., was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Sparta Municipal Court. He was released from custody after posting $240 bail. No additional charges were filed in connection with the complaint regarding his driving. July 24 At 6:31 p.m., a 1993 Jeep that was being operated by Benjamin D. Gordon, 22, formerly of Easton, Pa., was stopped by Patrolman Erik Aronson after being observed speeding on Route 23 by King Cole Road. Gordon was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the White Township Municipal Court, was transported to the Hamburg Police Station and was issued summonses for speeding, driving while suspended and exhibiting a cancelled insurance card. He was released after posting $121 bail, and is scheduled to appear in the Hamburg Municipal Court on Aug. 17.
