Honey Open celebrates 29 years

The Honey Open Golf Outing recently celebrated its 29th year. Founded by and named in memory of former Sussex County Clerk, Honey Ackerman, the outing raises funds for local charities focusing on services for women and children. This year’s outing raised more than $18,000 to benefit scholarships at Sussex County Community College and United Way of Sussex County programs.
