Horak continues service in Stanhope

STANHOPE — Ellen Horak has been reappointed as Municipal Clerk and Local Registrar in Stanhope for another three-year term. Horak was first certified as Municipal Clerk on Oct. 18, 2007. Attorney Richard Stein, left, does the swearing in while Mayor Diana Kuncken, center, holds the Bible.
